Typical aromas of cherries, blackberries, walnuts and dried flowers follow through to a full body with round, creamy tannins and a juicy finish. Really nicely done. Drink or hold.

Aromas of cedar, forest floor and black-skinned berries emerge from the glass. The savory, balanced palate offers juicy black cherry, raspberry jam, tobacco and white pepper alongside fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins. Drink 2022–2029. (Kerin O’Keefe)

Bright ruby red. Initially opens on the nose with nuances of milk coffee, then of ripe red berries, shows a slightly fleshy component, underpinned by subtle savouriness, multi-layered.
