Made in one of the hottest vintages in the region's history - and carrying 15% alcohol as a result - this is nevertheless a very well-balanced, even refreshing wine. Pairing Tinto Fino and 2% Albillo Mayor and Garnacha, with ageing in 20% new oak, this has classic Soria freshness and acidity, blackberry and summer berry flavours, a waft of mountain herbs and textured tannins. 2025-32.
