THM Blanco 2023

The clean and serious 2023 THM Blanco was produced with Garnacha Blanca grapes from the Obarenes Mountains. It fermented in stainless steel and barrel and aged for four months in new barriques and a further four months in concrete. It has textbook varietal aromas of white flowers and waxy apples, a balsamic twist reminiscent of bay leaf and a round and tender palate with very pure and clean flavors. It has contained ripeness, 13.5% alcohol and a feeling of very good balance and elegance. It has some complexity already, even if it's still a baby. 12,000 bottles produced.
