+Ritme Blanc 2016

"The one white here, the 2016 +Ritme is a blend of Garnacha Blanca with 30% Macabeo, using grapes from different villages. Thirty percent of the volume fermented in barriques and the rest in stainless steel, then the blend matured with the lees for nine months. There are some fennel notes and spicy and smoky notes. The wine has nice balance and ripeness and a certain austerity on the palate. It was bottled in July 2017."
