The Lunelli family has created an accessible and cheerful wine for the best of times (that we can't wait to get back to). The Ferrari NV Trento Metodo Classico Rosé Brut shows a bright raspberry pink color with faint copper highlights. Wild cherry, peach and cassis characterize the bouquet and cede to light touches of toasted almond and baked bread. To the palate, this sparkler shows a lean, steely approach that is terrific for any festive occasion.
