Fermented in large oak barrels and some ceramic vats, this Sauvignon Blanc comes from sandy soils near Pinares by the Duero river. It offers a smoky elegance with subtle guava, peach and grassy aromas. While retaining the characteristics of the variety, there is serious palate weight and complexity, certainly gained from time in bottle. 2025-29
