Aromatic and pretty on the nose with strawberry fruit and peppery notes, this is an intensely appealing Monastrell that has spent 12 months in foudres and further time in bottle before release. Tannins are present but will soften with time. It’s a plummy, mouthfilling and muscular wine that will evolve further. 2025 - 2028
