This typical Rias Baixas has plenty of white peaches and white apricots as well as some pale blossoms, seashells and chalk. Medium-bodied and elegant on the palate with a subtle, delicious, saline touch to the otherwise simple, direct finish. Drink now.

Pazos de Lusco is Sherry bodega González Byass' Rías Baixas outpost, based in Salvatera de Miño. Fermented with the company's own yeast, this is a bright, perfumed, forward style of Albariño with flavours of boiled sweets, orange zest and passion fruit, some lees-derived weight and a touch of granitic freshness. 2024-27
