Llopart Microcosmos Rosé 2022

The 2022 Microcosmos Rosé Brut Nature was produced with a blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Monastrell and 10% Garnacha, produced as a brut nature (with two grams of sugar) and disgorged after no less than 24 months in bottle with the lees. It has 11.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.2. It has a bright pink color, a different and characterful nose of strawberries, flowers and herbs, mellow acidity and a clean, dry and tasty finish. 17,000 bottles produced.
