James Suckling:

A long and tannic Navarra with a lactic cream touch to the spiced red berries and plums. Quite juicy and tight on the tense, full-bodied palate, with essential flavors. The stony, nicely chewy tannins should dissolve more in two more years. Try from 2026. - Zekun Shuai, Senior Editor.

Tim Atkin:

Garnacha fruit comes from Ayegui in Tierra Estella, very close to Rioja and where the
calcareous clay soils are very similar to Rioja Alavesa. I tasted this last year in its infancy and already the oak is integrating beautifully (it spends 18 months in barrel). The fruit is intense and dark with forest berries and fig, and the palate is profound and displays a certain minerality. Tannins are grippy but often a chalky lift and provide the structure for long aging potential. 2024 32.
