Even better and even more of a bargain than the Manzanilla Maruja is the NV Fino Camborio, a new player in the Fino league sourced from the Macharnudo and Añina vineyards in Jerez and aged under flor for 7/8 years in a solera and two criadera systems aged in Jerez. It has a bright golden color denoting some age and a nose of esparto grass, olives and chalk, and a light palate, quite sharp, clean and precise, somehow austere. There are two bottlings per year. 1,000 bottles. - Luis Gutiérrez.

Juan Piñero compró su bodega en la mítica calle sanluqueña Trasbolsa para construir viviendas, sin saber que cambiaría de idea. Maruja convirtió su inversión en una fuente de alegrías.
Gran fino, medio punto más por la RCP. Oloroso, bien estructurado, con unas gambas y salmón ahumado me ha encantado
Vino muy fino con un largo y agradable final. Se bebe sin darte cuenta. Recomendable.
Se trata de un buen fino con una relación calidad precio incomparable.
