Ravia 2023

A blend of 70% Treixadura and 30% Torrontés, the wine comes from granite soils around the river Avia. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel then part aged for three months in French 500L barrels and the rest on fine lees in tank for seven months. The wine is subtle and elegant with gentle smoky notes, green, lime fruit and lemony acidity. The palate is fresh and structured featuring green apple, white peach and guava. A complex and substantial white.
