Quo Vadis VORS Amontillado 50 cl

The NV Quo Vadis Amontillado is 40 years old, with 20% alcohol. Surprisingly light amber color for such an old wine, its age can only be guessed by the green border. The nose is subtle and elegant, perfumed, with walnuts, candied apricots, curry, white chocolate, toffee, honeycomb and chalk. The palate reveals a fresh wine, light- to medium-bodied, saline but gentle, sharp but drinkable, complex with a final hint of petrol.
