Trasnocho is made with the top part of the bunches of Tempranillo and Graciano, located closer to the stem and supplying more concentration and fruit intensity. Fermented using a special system of extraction involving a membrane filled with water (yes, really), it's a rich, ripe, super intense red with fig, Asian spice and damson flavours, supple tannins and scented new French oak. 2022-25
