Pazo Señorans Colección 2021

The library release of their regular Albariño, the 2021 Albariño Colección, aims to show how the wine can age in bottle. It matured with lees in tank for six months and now a couple of years in bottle. The wine was bottled in May 2022, keeping the austere profile in the palate. It has marine notes, hints of iodine and wet sand, with contained ripeness and 13% alcohol, balance and harmony and developing at a slow pace. They are releasing 18,000 bottles.
