100% Chardonnay that combines both elegance and generosity, this is a classic Spanish wine
that has not let itself down in 2021. Church incense and woody spice make for an appealing
nose, with lemon and tarte tatin filling out the palate, and nine months in French oak
produces a very fine grainy texture that frames the wine. Grapes come from a single vineyard
in Legardeta, near Estella, so the northern aspect results in fresh acidity. A fine wine with
enough ripeness to enjoy now but with the potential for substantial ageing. 2024-31
