Champagne Boizel Rosé Absolu

A fruitier rosé. Strawberry and watermelon with some cranberry aromas follow through to a medium body, creamy texture and a fruity finish. 40% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay and 30% pinot meunier. Disgorged in 2024. Dosage 7g/L. Drink now.

Discreet strawberry plum, verbena and angelica nose. Notes of herbs, spice and strawberry follow through int he mouth. The finish has considerable authority.

Light salmon pink, silver reflections, persistent mousse. Nuances of preserved red cherries, wild berries, floral touch, delicate pink grapefruit. Juicy, fine fruit expression, a hint of marzipan, pleasant acidity, balanced and persistent, shows good length. A stylish companion at the table. (Deg. 01.2020).

A fragrant rosé Champagne, it has a small portion fermented in wood for added richness. Its ripe fruits, citrus and red berry flavors are well ready. Drink now.
