Mediterranean in every sense. Baldovar 923 produces this white from two parcels ‘Areniscas’ and ‘Rambla de Arquela’ and ages the wine part in 500-litre French oak and part in stainless steel. It is inherently herbal with maritime garrigue and balsamic notes, a touch of frankincense and a lively aniseed finish. 2024 - 2026
