The Wine Advocate:
The incredibly-priced NV Amontillado Fossi is currently refreshed with wine from vines that today are 19 years old, from albariza chalky soils very close to the sea. This wine aged under flor for seven years and a further 10 years in topped up barrels. It has a sweet nose that resembles a young-ish Palo Cortado, with notes of wood and some varnish and an intense palate and pungent flavors lifted by the alcohol. This is a real bargain; a young-ish, approachable Amontillado. - Luis Gutiérrez.

Este vino es una bomba. Si te da miedo acercarte a los generosos oscuros, lánzate a por este sin dudas. Para mí es el amontillado de sed!
Tremendo, fino, salino, alcohol integradísimo. La botella se acaba rápido y eso es alegría!! Por este precio es muy recomendable.
