The 2019 Tino is pure Alvilla, a local variety that was almost extinct but was quite popular in the Avia Valley in the past. The grape was recovered by Formigo's father, and it was finally added to the set of varieties in 2021. Apparently, it's a variety closer to Treixadura than Loureiro, with more acidity than the former and lower than the latter; this is 12.8% alcohol and has a pH of 3.09 with 7.1 grams of acidity, which seems subtler and counterbalanced by the volume on the palate. It's relatively powerful, with some pollen and dry herb notes. 666 bottles were filled in August 2020.
