Descripción

Un tinto que se vinifica al estilo tradicional de la Borgoña siguiendo los parámetros que Dominik Huber pretende imponer en su nuevo proyecto, Terroir Sense Fronteres. Fresco, jovial, que se bebe muy fácilmente y nunca pesa. Extraordinario junto a un cordero asado (ternasco o lechazo).

Destacan tentadores aromas a cerezas crujientes y moras junto a matices herbales
Boca
De cuerpo medio, con sabores sedosos de frutos rojos, especias y toques de regaliz. Vino fácil y elegante, a partes iguales, robusto y refinado, con taninos finos y un final mineral persistente.
Temperatura de servicio
Entre 14 y 16 ºC.
Consumo
Hasta 2024, aproximadamente, si se conserva en óptimas condiciones.
Maridaje
Ideal con cordero asado o cualquier propuesta culinaria mediterránea.

Descripción
Diferentes viñedos en el valle del Montsant plantados a una altitud que oscila entre los 300 y los 350 metros sobre el nivel del mar.

Entre 15 y 35 años.
Suelo
Arcillo-arenoso.
Clima
Mediterráneo con influencia continental.
Rendimiento
4.000 kilos por hectárea.
Vinificación
Fermentación de los racimos enteros durante 10 días con levaduras salvajes en depósitos de acero inoxidable.
Envejecimiento
8 meses de crianza también en depósitos de acero inoxidable.

The Wine Advocate:

The Capçanes village red 2019 Negre was produced with 75% Garnacha and 25% Cariñena from organically farmed vineyards on clay soils, fermented in stainless steel with full clusters (they don't have a destemmer here or in Priorat) and bottled unoaked after six months. It has aromas of licorice and Mediterranean herbs. It has character and is light and ethereal, in the direction of the 2018, with fine-grained tannins and a stony sensation in the mouthfeel. This is incredible; it has 12.5% alcohol and is fluid, fresh and incredibly easy to drink. This is young but very approachable. 12,350 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2020.

Really perfumed and beautiful with lots of bright fruit and spices. Lots of lavender, too. It’s full-bodied with creamy tannins. Delicious finish. Drink or hold.

Decanter:

This project from Terroir al Límit in Priorat was started in 2018 to show Montsant’s potential through light, elegant wines to contrast with the region’s often heavy, rustic reds. This unoaked Garnacha (75%) and Cariñena blend boasts bright, vibrant flavours of raspberry sorbet and musky black bramble fruit, with piercing acidity and well-balanced alcohol. Tongue- tingling and delicious!
