Opinión de los críticos
I tasted the 2016 Sumoll next to the 2017. 2016 was a cooler year than 2017, and this wine has considerably less alcohol; at the same time, the 2016 also has less acidity, so the balance is different. It fermented in stainless steel and matured in 450-liter chestnut barrels for six months. It is phenomenal, with a nose of red fruit, flowers and spices—it's elegant, and even if not terribly complex, it is very attractive. The palate is light to medium-bodied, with fine tannins, very good freshness and effervescent acidity. It's clean and fruit-driven, with the wood nicely folded into the fruit. 1,638 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2017.

Muy decepcionante. Sin personalidad. Insulso. Acidez/taninos sin equilibrio. Retrogusto invisible.
