A blend derived from the six grands crus where Mumm has holdings, the NV Brut Rosé Foujita is based on the 2012 vintage and was disgorged in April 2019. Bursting with aromas of red berries, orange rind and wheat toast, it's medium to full-bodied, racy and structured, with fine depth at the core, a youthfully frothy mousse and a penetrating finish. This cuvée's name commemorates the Maison Mumm's relationship with the French artist Léonard Foujita.
This is neat and fresh, delivering an array of bright strawberries and cherries with a bright, tidy palate that carries a fresh, upbeat array of wild red-fruit flavors in gently bready, brioche surroundings. Disgorged in January 2017. Drink now.
Understated but attractive red fruit aromas. The palate is long, vinous, driving and aromatic, with notes of strawberry, butterscotch and bilberry.
Delicioso champagne sutilmente afrutado. Perfecto para acompañar marisco y pescado.
