Quinta de Couselo es un Rías Baixas de la subzona de O Rosal. Está elaborado con Albariño y un pequeño porcentaje de Caiño blanco y Loureiro. Con una crianza sobre lías finas durante 6 meses, es elegante, intensamente perfumado y balsámico en nariz. Jugoso en boca, con un final largo e intenso. Es perfecto para acompañar mariscos, pescados grasos y cocina japonesa, peruana o mexicana.

This classic Rosal white blend is dominated by Albariño and has only small percentages (some 5%) of Caíño Blanco and Loureiro, which usually add freshness/elegance and balsamic notes, respectively. So, the profile of the 2019 Quinta de Couselo is as clean and focused as the pure Albariño, with perhaps a faint balsamic twist. These are very harmonious and expressive 2019s, which fulfill the positive comments I had heard about the vintage in Rías Baixas. This matured with lees for six months before bottling. 75,000 bottles produced.
