Parcelario 7.1 nace para poner en valor la singularidad de cada parcela. En esta añada el resultado es una selección de las mejores uvas de la parcela Aldapa, ubicada en Leioa, una de las localidades que pertenecen a Urdaibai, la Reserva de la Biosfera donde se encuentra el viñedo de Itsasmendi.

Some of the plots that contribute to the 7 bottling are kept separately, today in an almost experimental way, but they will be more important and will have a new brand called Paradisus in the future. I tasted three different versions from the cooler and Atlantic 2017 vintage, and the 2017 Parcelario 7.1 comes from a "paraje" called Peruri in the village of Leioa. It's pure Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie planted in 1992 on a 35% slope on lutite and sandstone soils. It was kept with the fine lees for six months. This feels riper, heavier and more advanced than the other 2017s and the 7 blend; it has notes of quince and golden apples and a round, soft palate with integrated acidity. 1,231 bottles were filled in July 2018.
