Descripción

Insoglio del Cinghiale es un 'coupage' toscano de Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Este vino proviene de una finca situada al suroeste de Biserno y cerca de la ciudad de Bibbona. En nariz es intenso, donde destacan las notas de fruta negra, flores y un toque de roble en el fondo. De cuerpo de ligero a medio, estructurado y equilibrado.

The Wine Advocate:

Winemaker Helena Lindberg tells me that this bottle was hand filled straight from the tank. The wine was bottled on the same day my samples were sent to avoid bottle shock. The 2018 Insoglio del Cinghiale is beautifully open and prominent with spicy notes of clove and spice that introduce lasting notes of black fruit, plum and smoke.

James Suckling:

This is one of the most beautiful Insoglios I have tasted with lots of blue fruit, such as blueberries, as well as violets. Medium body and firm, silky tannins. Very fine and linear. Syrah, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and petit verdot. Drink now.
