La Syrah del Ródano tiene fama en todo el mundo y con este tinto podremos comprobarlo de primera mano. Guigal Crôzes Hermitage destaca por ser una Syrah de libro, con sus característicos aromas de violetas, pimienta negra y especias picantes. Los viñedos de los que se nutre este vino están en su mayoría en pendiente y se localizan en los pueblos de Gervans, Mercurol, Larnage y Crozes-Hermitage.

Marked by scents of cracked pepper and ripe cherries, the 2017 Crozes Hermitage is more concentrated and textured than the 2016. Medium to full-bodied, it finishes velvety, with hints of raspberries and licorice.
Not yet bottled, the 2017 Crozes-Hermitage should be a step up over the 2016 and is a classy, pure, lengthy Syrah that has black raspberry and darker berry fruits, notes of peppery herbs, earthy, ripe tannins, and a great nish. It’s going to drink well for upwards of a decade.
Some good complexity and depth here with a fleshy and ripe, melon, pear and apple core. Some white peaches, too. The palate has layered texture and beautiful, apple and pear focus. Long and even. Drink or hold.

Refinado, fino, gustoso...con un retrogusto largo muy rico.
Cuero , flor de Prado, Caza , pimienta , compota de ciruelas. Por momentos parecía un Hermitage Guigal, el mejor productor del Rhone !
No pasa de ser un vino agradable como muchos otros. Y más baratos los hay bastante mejores. Mala RCP
