This is really perfumed, with fresh guava, grass, papaya and bitter-lemon aromas. Full-bodied with tangy acidity and an oily and creamy texture. Crisp finish. Always attractive. Drink now. Screw cap.
Vibrant lime elderflower fill the nose with their citric and floral intensity. Air allows tropical fruit notes to show. The palate adds wonderfully vivid nettle and ripe passion fruit notes on a concentrated and beautifully textured body. The finish is full of fruit and total refreshment.
Both intense and classy on the nose - there is definitely the overt green apple, grass, bell pepper aroma, but it is a little held back, a little musty, a little deeper. Fresh tropical fruit - mango juice and fresh ripe pineapple. There's a light reductive flinty stony touch. The intensity rushes in, filling the mouth with limes. There's some grip on the teeth, almost tannic, and searing acidity. A wine that knows what it's doing.

Unidimensional. Potencia... y ya. Esperaba mucha más complejidad, muchos más matices de una bodega que me encanta.
