Opinión de los críticos

The Wine Advocate:

The white blend 2018 Arroyo de Arrayán Blanco was produced with 55% Garnacha Gris and 45% Garnacha Blanca that fermented in small stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. It matured in used 300- and 500-liter French oak barrels for eight months. 2018 was a very good year for whites, with higher yields and less concentration, which at the end of the day meant more freshness. This has the varietal character clearly marked in the aromas, with notes of waxy apples and Mediterranean herbs. It has a restrained 13% alcohol, balanced acidity and very tasty flavors and is nicely textured, with an almost salty finish. This was the first vintage, and I'd say it could be the most successful of the new bottlings of the experimental varieties. 3,227 bottles were filled in June 2019. This and the red of the same name are an homage to artist Eduardo Arroyo, who was friends with the owners and painted some labels for them.

James Suckling:

A fruity white with sliced cooked apple, dried lemon and peach. It’s full-bodied, dry and layered. Garnacha blanca and garnacha gris. Drink now.
