Until now Sínodo has been a red wine brand, so it's good to see this white extension of the range. Pairing old-vine Viura from Ausejo with a young parcel of Sauvignon from Villamediana de Iregua, it's a stylish, new French and American oak-fermented cuvée from the Rioja Oriental. Taut and mineral with toasty top notes, creamy lees and lime and grapefruit flavours. 2022-26
