Lanson Le Black Réserve

I like the pie crust and pastry notes here, with hints of walnuts, pears, apricots and cocoa. Nice richness, with a medium to full body and broad bubbles. Delicious toastiness here alongside ripe fruit and nutty elements. Balanced and creamy finish. One to have with food. 50% pinot noir, 35% chardonnay and 15% pinot meunier. Base wine from 2015 with 45% reserve wines. 7g/L dosage. Drink now.
