This barrel-fermented Verdejo from La Seca highlights the sub zone’s clay-rich soils. Stone fruit dominates with notes of mandarin and delicate orange blossom. Aged on lees for four to five months in large barrels and wooden vats, it has gained depth and texture. Bright acidity balances the richness, with grapefruit pith and a stony vibrancy on the finish. It is already evolving elegantly in bottle without losing any of its energy. 2025-29
