The 2023 Garnacha Monastrell was produced with 70% Monastrell and 30% Garnacha Tintorera fermented separately and aged for five months, the Monastrell in concrete and the Garnacha Tintorera in used barrels. It has notes of black fruit, Mediterranean herbs and an earthy touch, with a juicy palate, round, with 14% alcohol and some slightly dusty tannins. 75,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2024. (Luis Gutiérrez)
