La Zorra Calabrés 2018

The phenomenal 2018 Garnacha Calabrés is fresh and floral, ripe without excess, with 14.5% alcohol and a medium body. It's a pale and aromatic red with very fine tannins, very good balance, varietal typicity and a rustic touch that I like very much. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and matured in French barriques for six months, and malolactic was only partial. Much better than previous vintages. 1,728 bottles were filled in June 2019.
