The Wine Advocate:

The sparkling 2021 Conde de Haro Brut Rosé, produced with Garnacha refermented in bottle and kept with lees for no less than 18 months, is clean and expressive, with a vibrant palate. I don't know why, but I prefer the rosé to the white. It's pale and nuanced, elegant and very fresh. 26,000 bottles produced. This was bottled in March 2022 and disgorged in December 2023. - Luis Gutiérrez.

Tim Atkin:

Still labelled as a Cava, at least for now, this Rioja bubbly  pairs Viura and 30% Chardonnay. Lees-aged for 24 months, it's a well-crafted, bone-dry style showing flavours of pear,  citrus and toast plenty of acidity and a nice cushion of bubbles. 2025-28.
