Different parcels with an average age of 50 years in the top Salnés Valley village of Meaño supply the grapes for Baldomero and Robustiano Fariña's biggest volume Albariño. A quarter of the wine is aged in foudres for extra complexity, adding another layer to a palate that's chiselled, bright and crunchy with a petrichor top note. 2024-29

Honeyed aromas of white peaches, pear, green apple, grapefruit and floral undertones. Zesty acidity, quite fresh, with a pleasant finish.
