The sort of wine that flies out of the door at the bodega's two restaurants, this Crianza is an assemblage of Tinto Fino and 5% Albillo Mayor, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Merlot that uses fruit from villages in Burgos and Valladolid. Deftly wooded in French and American oak, it's a very serious wine at the price, with good structure, bramble and red berry fruit and a balsamic twist. 2025-29
