Made from a clone of Verdejo that Javier Sanz rescued from the brink of extinction, this wine has a muscular structure and is driven by acidity. With typical aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple and lime, the palate offers a metallic, flinty freshness. It is concentrated and packs a punch but has the frame to evolve with time. 2025-28
