Caraballas Ecologisch Sector 2.8 2021

Produced with Viognier grapes from organically farmed vines, the aromatic and expressive 2021 Sector 2.8 fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured with the lees and bâtonnage for eight months in a 4,000-liter concrete tank. It's ripe without excess with 13.2% alcohol and 6.1 grams of acidity. It has a creamy nose with some yeasty notes, fennel, apricot and quince aromas and hints of pollen. It's round and lush, exotic and showy. 5,000 bottles were filled in August 2022.
