Garnacha Blanca from young vines, fermented on its skins for two weeks before a 6 week elevage in stainless steel. Aromatic and enticing; marzipan, dried peach and apricot, smoke and dried herbs. Remarkable freshness for an orange wine with a delicate grip, and a dry, tapered finish. 2022-2028
