The one red in the portfolio that has a very different profile from the rest is the 2020 Garnacha, a bright ruby-colored varietal wine with a perfumed, floral and decadent nose a little à la Rayas with cherries in liqueur. It has a medium body, fine tannins and a juicy texture, but it's obviously young and undeveloped with primary notes and baby fat. It has 14% alcohol and a pH of 3.6, very integrated, with almost unperceivable oak after 19 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. 2,754 bottles were filled in May 2022.
