James Suckling:

Meaty nose full of grilled thyme, black cherries and fresh blackberries. Some dark earth and peppercorn, too. Really fresh and expressive on the full-bodied palate with firm tannins from the fruit. Juicy, tight but expressive finish. Syrah. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold.

Tim Atkin:

A powerful, ripe, structured Syrah. Smoky and obviously barrel-aged, with masses of dark ripe plum, blackberry, black pepper and smoked meat. This is a big wine, chewy and warming, with plenty of acidity to carry the fruit forward and into a lengthy finish. 2024-2030
