I find the white 2015 Le Grande Cuvée to be decadent and a bit over the top, presented in a heavy Burgundy bottle and with smoky and spicy aromas with some notes of beeswax and pollen but with more restraint than the 2014. The wine fermented in 600-liter oak barrels after 48 hours of skin contact and then spent four years in barrel, so the wine now has more complex and slightly oxidative aromas, developed but at the same time young and with a powerful and dry palate. It feels quite balanced, with 13.5% alcohol, medium ripeness and body. 800 numbered bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2020.
