The Wine Advocate:

The 2019 Tradicional Brut Nature was produced with a blend of 36% Macabeo, 34% Xarel.lo and 30% Parellada, quite different from the previous year, as it's higher in Macabeo and Parellada and lower in Xarel.lo. It was disgorged after no less than five years in bottle with the lees. It's nuanced and harmonious, with Mediterranean aromas and a velvety palate with abundant bubbles. 102,000 bottles, 4,993 magnums and 600 Jeroboams were produced. The disgorgement date is printed on the back label.
