The 2021 La Tinaja de Aránzazu was produced with grapes from two vineyards, Paraje Mina and the vineyard of Coccinella, each fermented in a clay pot (tinaja) from producer Padilla and then blended together after the élevage. It opens up into notes of tangerine peel and peach, less earthy, a beautiful nose, complex and insinuating, and with a polished palate, with integrated acidity and balanced. It's very tasty and elegant. I liked it very much. They did not produce 2019 or 2020, and there is no 2022 version of this wine either. It was bottled in July 2022.
