There is a new white from Mas Alta in 2019, the 2019 La Galera, a golden-colored blend of Garnacha Blanca and Chenin Blanc with 14.5% alcohol and with an expressive nose with some developed and oxidative notes denoting a long élevage, with notes of esparto grass and nuts, very Mediterranean with hints of fennel and aniseed, pollen and dry flowers and a round and lush palate with a dry, chalky finish. It has very good freshness. It fermented and matured in oak and concrete. 1,400 bottles were filled in April 2020.
