Com Tu 2021

There is a change in image in the 2021 Com Tu, a village red from La Figuera in Montsant, with a label that is similar to the one from the new rosé, a drawing of the village. They used a high percentage of full clusters, and it matured in an old 5,000-liter foudre for one year and then fine-tuned in concrete. It is super floral and perfumed, completely different from Clos Mogador, with a light extraction, a pale color, and contained ripeness and alcohol (14%), with the sapidity from the limestone soils and very fine chalky tannins. 13,000 bottles produced. They have planted more vines and purchased some older ones to increase the volume in the future. (Luis Gutiérrez)
Varietal Garnacha from the increasingly famous town of La Figuera, in Montsant. Aromatically a little shy, with delicate aromas of savoury, earthy red fruits, smoke and sappy herbs. Dry, grainy and fresh, this slowly comes to life in the glass to showcase an utterly transparent look at old-vine Garnacha. A wine to watch; it will blossom with some age. 2026-2032.
