The 2024 Pai shows varietal typicity, notes of flowers and freshly cut grass, clean and expressive despite its youth. The name of this cuvée means "father" in the Galician language, and this is a wine that Xurxo Alba Padín produces like the wines his father used to make, an homage to him. In 2024, the grapes achieved good ripeness and full development of aromas and flavors. This comes in at 13% alcohol and is tender and sleek with great balance.
