No one could accuse Katia Álvarez and Martín Códax of making safe choices. This highly unusual, just off-dry Albariño was produced with 80% botrytis-affected grapes that were picked on November 8th. Just off-dry at 6 grams per litre of residual sugar, it has hints of honey, wild flowers and beeswax, layers of sea salt and kelp and a focused, lingering finish. 2023-29
Aromas of nectarines, peaches and crusted salt. The palate is really expressive, with a complex combination of freshness that masks the sweetness in a very elegant way. Very well constructed and precise.

Sencillamente espectacular.
Botella 0070. Decepcionado. Nariz dulce. Color dorado maravilloso. Boca graso y demasiado ácido. Muy Caro para lo que ofrece. Rxm Points 86.
Dulce en el aroma y algo amargo en el sabor. Es un gran vino pero se agradecería algo más de azucar residual de cara al equilibrio general.
