Six parcels in Laguardia, planted between 1965 and 1986, are the source of this field blend of mostly Tempranillo with other interplanted varieties. Chalky, structured and subtle, with refined oak, subtle reduction, sappy red cherry and strawberry fruit and a bright, acid-driven finish. 2024-28

James Suckling:

Spiced strawberries and cherries with touches of hibiscus and minerals. Nimble and bright, with a medium body and fine chalky tannins. Lots of drinkability, but serious and long. Excellent fruit quality. Drink or hold. - Zekun Shuai, Senior Editor.
